My initial sessions are about 90 minutes and the regular sessions are about 1 hour long.

In the first 10 minutes of our session, we will discuss your current situation or problem and identify what you actually want to achieve instead.

To transform the subconscious patterns that are influencing your undesired reality, we will employ a unique muscle-testing method to communicate with your subconscious mind. Through a series of change processes known as “Balances,” we will establish the necessary parameters to guide you toward your desired goal. Depending on the complexity of your issue, we may be able to address multiple concerns during the same session.

To make the most of our time together, I suggest familiarizing yourself with information about PSYCH-K® and how it works before our session. This will help you understand the process better and ensure a more effective experience.

Since everyone is unique, it’s hard to give a definitive answer to this question. However, the majority of people who have undergone PSYCH-K® change processes have found that one session is usually sufficient for addressing their issue. In rare cases, additional sessions may be needed, depending on the individual’s determination to change and any hidden benefits they may derive from the problem.

Some people may notice a change during or immediately after the session, while others may experience the desired change in the days that follow.

PSYCH-K® is an empowering method that allows you to regain control over your own life. It gives you the power to decide when and how you want to continue your journey.

There is a process called Surrogation that allows to effectively facilitate a PSYCH-K® sessions from a distance, just like in-person sessions. Surrogation involves the Facilitator using their own physical body to cooperate with another consciousness, even if that consciousness is not physically present.
